Wandering Poet:CAVALCAVIA BUSSA

LA VITA È BELLA

CAVALCAVIA BUSSA

Dog-Like in the City

People in the city

Wearing the white-collar chains

Mutually restraining, suppressing with chains

Navigating through crowded streets

Filled with hurried figures

Busy strides, like the rhythm of life

Yet, in hearts, a melody of confusion unfurls

Beneath the vibrant neon lights

Every smile conceals a hint of helplessness

City skyscrapers

Carrying the resonance of dreams and pressure

Interwoven gazes between one another

Reveal traces of loneliness

In this heartless metropolis

People seem lost in a labyrinth

Seemingly never able to escape

Seemingly always here

Continuing the noise of the city

Yet, the soul seeks freedom in silence

Gazing up at the starry sky

In the crowd, seeking a piece of the personal sky

In the chaos, searching for inner peace

City dwellers, striving and running

Yet, anticipating a smile that brings relief

In this ever-changing city

Perhaps, we can find our own corner

Breaking free from the white-collar chains

Letting the soul find tranquility amid the city’s clamor.
